Buttock Lipofilling

In performing a Brazilian Butt Lift, the plastic surgeon will determine the amount of fat needed to inject into the patient’s buttocks. Liposuction will then be conducted, through the use of VASER, from the areas of the body where there is a sufficient amount of excess fat. In most cases, the fat is extracted from the patient’s lower back to tighten the patient’s waist. The blood and water components of the harvested fat cells are then removed, resulting in pure fat cells being injected into the patient’s buttocks. The buttocks may look larger than expected immediately after the injections but around 30% of the fat will slowly dissolve into place.

We have a high quality compression garment

for you to wear after undergoing lipofilling on your buttocks to maintain the bodyshape created; your body can adjust to its now-modified form and reduce swelling.

We use Skin Glue (liquid stitches) instead of stitches

that is waterproof and bacteria-proof and are able to be absorbed into the skin within 1 week before dissolving by itself. By doing this, you will be able to bathe as per normal and you do not have to come in to get any stitches removed.

Yes, as the fat may not dissolve at the same rate but the differences will be very minor and not visible. But humans’ buttocks are often uneven by nature.

It depends on how much the injected fat has broken down or dissolved. But the harvesting of fat for succeeding injections will have to be conducted in a different area of the body as it may be hard to harvest from the same spot.
