Submentoplasty
The plastic surgeon will make a small incision under the patient’s chin to tighten the central neck muscles and remove excess fat and skin. The plastic surgeon may perform some liposuction, if deemed necessary, to achieve the desired result that is proportionate to the patient’s existing facial structure and neck.
